Wijzijntop Personeelsdiensten

wijzijntop Personeelsdiensten brings supply and demand together, connecting employers and job seekers who strengthen each other. The company operates with a small, experienced team in Leek that ensures short lines of communication, good accessibility and rapid response. Clients work with familiar faces who are actively involved in finding the best positions and candidates. The team conducts thorough initial conversations to understand exactly what each person or employer is seeking, whether over coffee at the office, on site or at the workplace itself. Rather than simply presenting stacks of CVs, wijzijntop focuses on genuine understanding and clear assessment of fit.

wij zijntop offers multiple staffing and recruitment services including uitzenden (temporary staffing), detachering (long-term placement), werving en selectie (recruitment and selection) and training and development programmes. The company specialises in production and industrial roles, technical positions and commercial sales functions. Recent vacancies have included machine operators, laser cutting specialists, production staff, forklift drivers and technical-commercial client advisors. The company works across the region with a network of trusted employers and places candidates in roles ranging from apprenticeships to experienced professional positions.

Client testimonials highlight wijzijntop's responsiveness, genuine care and ability to find meaningful matches. The team takes time to understand not only skills and experience but also what drives individual candidates and whether a position represents the right step. When a placement does not work as expected, the company proactively seeks alternatives. This commitment to genuine fitting, combined with the team's regional network and experience, has built strong relationships with both employers and workers across Friesland and Groningen.
