Wiesenfeller Personaldienste

Wiesenfeller Personaldienste is an owner-managed recruitment agency established in 2003, specialising in personnel placement, temporary staffing and integration services across Bavaria and North Rhine-Westphalia. Under the leadership of Christian Adamski, the company has built a reputation for combining professional expertise with genuine respect and human dignity in all recruitment activities. The agency places candidates ranging from entry-level workers to skilled trades and management positions, with a philosophy centred on understanding individual career aspirations and matching them to suitable roles within their extensive employer network.

The agency recruits across four core sectors: logistics and production, where they place workers from unskilled helpers to supervisory roles across manufacturing and warehouse environments; skilled trades and management, particularly in metalworking, plastics and handcraft sectors where they have successfully placed hundreds of specialist workers; office and commercial roles including secretarial, accounting and administrative positions; and healthcare services through their Sanitas division, which specialises in medical and care sector placements. Each sector benefits from the agency's practical industry knowledge and scientifically-grounded recruitment methodologies developed over two decades.

Wiesenfeller Personaldienste operates from offices in Rosenheim and Cologne, serving Upper Bavaria, Munich and the Rhineland region. The company distinguishes itself through a 90 per cent permanent placement rate from temporary assignments, having integrated over 600 employees into permanent roles in the past five years alone. Candidates benefit from above-tariff wages, additional paid holiday, occupational pensions, subsidised language training and professional development opportunities, whilst employers gain access to a vetted talent pool and streamlined recruitment processes that balance speed with careful candidate selection.
