Weston Recruitment is a London-based private staffing consultancy that launched in April 2020. It says it works with high net worth clients and places candidates into specific private staffing roles rather than acting as a generic recruitment consultancy. It supplies households in prime central London and the home counties, and says it caters for properties internationally.

Its roles fall into six groups: private household staff such as house managers, nannies, butlers, housekeepers and private chefs; yacht crew from captains to deckhands and interior crew; finance and private equity roles; accounting; IT and technology; and corporate support, including executive assistants, office managers and HR roles. It says its founders have more than five years of experience recruiting PAs, EAs, secretarial support, private household staff, and banking, finance and technology professionals.

The agency says it tests and background checks candidates, and describes its service as virtual and available 24/7.
