Westmore

Westmore is a Dutch recruitment agency based in Eindhoven, specialising in technical roles for the engineering and manufacturing sector across Brabant. The company matches technical workers with employers seeking skilled professionals who can contribute meaningfully to their teams. The agency receives regular positive feedback from candidates across welding, machining, assembly and electronics sectors, with 129 Google reviews.

Westmore's approach is personalised rather than transactional. Rather than presenting candidates with lists of hundreds of vacancies, the company conducts free career guidance conversations to understand each person's wishes and ambitions. The agency provides support throughout flexible work assignments and has placed candidates who later secured permanent contracts with their employers. Westmore offers training and educational budgets directly to workers and aims to place people in roles that align with their professional aspirations.

The agency operates across disciplines including las en plaatwerk (welding and fabrication), montage en assemblage (assembly and installation), and verspaning (machining). Candidates report feeling genuinely supported, with the company focused on understanding their development goals and helping them progress in technical careers.
