Westerhof

Westerhof-Demoed is a Dutch executive search and interim management company that works for what it calls the leaders of tomorrow. It focuses on successful people who are open to a new career step and on candidates considering a change out of positive motivation rather than necessity. It stands, in its own words, for passion, involvement, quality, entrepreneurial spirit and commercial drive, and it serves both candidates and clients so that the two can be matched successfully.

Coming from the automotive, engineering and mobility sectors, Westerhof-Demoed has extended that experience into a widening set of branches, among them aerospace, media and technology, consumer products, industry covering production and distribution, financial services and insurance, and healthcare. Its clients are medium sized and large national and international companies, including family businesses. The positions it handles are management and other C-level board roles, particularly in sales, marketing, finance, ICT, HR, production, engineering, operations, service, purchasing and logistics, and it explicitly takes on posts that are difficult to fill. Interim and temporary assignments are handled alongside permanent placements.

The company works from Spoetnik 60 in Amersfoort and can be reached on +31 (0) 33 466 96 61 or through the contact form on its site, which offers callbacks and CV submission as well. It works exclusively and quickly and aims for the perfect match between candidate and client, with short lines, transparency and personal attention. It contributes to the successful execution of new policy and helps improve the factors that make it work, and it says it is happy to be judged on its own quality and success. Its site is published in Dutch and English, with a documented step by step process for both sides.
