Werktijd Uitzendburo

The Werktijd domain now serves Abeos, an uitzendbureau in Friesland for both work and personnel. Abeos helps jobseekers to a job that fits and helps employers with uitzenden, werving, detachering and personeelsadvies. It describes its approach as personal and involved: it knows the region, knows what is going on there, and brings people and work together in a way that adds up. The company keeps its language deliberately plain, inviting people to simply ring up for a chat about work or staff, and it says sparring over a question is something it enjoys rather than tolerates. Registration is open to anyone through the site, and an online vacancy assistant called Bo is announced as coming soon.

The sectors it covers are set out in its own vakgebieden: industrie, logistiek, groen, food, milieu en energie, veterinair, bouw, agribusiness en life science, grond-, weg- en waterbouw, tuin- en akkerbouw, and seasonal vakantiewerk. It says a great deal happens in production, industry and care in the region, and it looks past the individual vacancy on the employer's side. Its services stretch from urgent requests and peak cover to structural reinforcement of a team, including a flexible shell of workers, the recruitment and housing of arbeidsmigranten, and professionals placed through detachering. It also advises on planning, recruitment, HR and the wider labour market, and it publishes vacancies for its own intercedent roles.

Abeos runs three branches in Friesland, at Voorstraat 24 in Buitenpost, Het Meer 58a in Heerenveen and Hoofdstraat West 61 in Wolvega, all reachable on 088 199 2000 and at [email protected], with a postal address in Deventer. It is active throughout the province, placing people in Leeuwarden, Drachten, Heerenveen, Sneek, Joure, Bolsward, Franeker and Dokkum, and it also publishes vacancies for Drenthe, Flevoland, Gelderland, Groningen, Overijssel and Utrecht. Knowing the region well, it says, is what lets it switch quickly and think along properly. The site is published in Dutch and Polish.
