Werkstadsfolket Bemanning I Laholm

Werkstadsfolket is a Swedish staffing and recruitment company that places technical and workshop staff with industrial employers. Its site is organised around two simple routes, one for people looking for a job and one for employers looking for staff, alongside pages for its own team and contact details. The company publishes both its live assignments under the heading Just nu söker vi and a long list of examples of positions it has already filled, which together set out the kind of work it handles. It can be reached on 0430 481 00 or at [email protected], and it keeps a presence on Facebook.

The roles it recruits for are concentrated in machinery service and the metalworking trades: servicetekniker for both field work and workshop work, resande servicetekniker who travel or work from home, svetsare and mekaniker, CNC-tekniker and maskinoperatörer, montörer, verkstadsarbetare and verkstadsmekaniker. It also fills supervisory and technical leadership posts, including verkstadschef, verkmästare, montageledare, underhållsansvarig, teknisk projektledare and area supervisor, plus supporting commercial roles such as reservdelssäljare, kundmottagare and administratör. Named assignments cover construction machinery, agricultural machinery, marine and industrial engines, lifting equipment, recycling and packing equipment, industrial fans and wind power service.

Werkstadsfolket works from Laholm in southern Sweden but recruits across the country, with assignments listed in Gothenburg, Malmö, Stockholm, Halmstad, Skellefteå, Umeå, Luleå, Örebro, Eskilstuna, Södertälje, Nyköping, Linköping, Gävle, Borlänge, Borås and further afield. Its client list, as published in its own vacancies, includes Swecon, Wärtsilä, Lantmännen Maskin, Lantmännen Cerealia, Palfinger, ATS-Orwak, Oilmek, Samson, Swedish Agro, Deutsche Windtechnik and Olsons Maskinservice. That mix of national employers and repeat assignments at the same sites is the clearest evidence of how the company works.
