Werkers

Groep Werkers describes itself as the reference for the organisation of work at your business, and its offer is deliberately broader than that of a standard staffing supplier. The range covers seasonal and temporary agency work, agricultural contracting work, specialised farming services, landscape maintenance, the deployment of replacement personnel through its own bedrijfshulpverzekering, and general HR services. The company's argument to clients is that whatever solution they are looking for in relation to work, work organisation, personnel and the execution of the work itself, Werkers has it all in house, which means it can always put forward the best answer rather than the only one it happens to sell.

The site organises that offer into three main lines. Uitzenden is the temporary agency work business, covering seasonal and temporary labour. Aanneming is the contracting side, taking on agrarian contracting work and specialised agricultural services as well as landscape maintenance, so a client can hand over the execution of a job rather than just the people. Bedrijfshulp is the distinctive one: replacement personnel supplied through the company's own business assistance insurance, which is designed to keep an operation running when the people who normally run it are unavailable. General HR services sit alongside all three.

Groep Werkers operates from Diestsevest 40 in 3000 Leuven and can be reached on 016 28 64 64 or at [email protected]. Clients choose the company because the combination of staffing, contracting and insurance backed replacement cover under one roof is unusual, and because agricultural and landscaping work needs suppliers who understand both the seasonal peaks and the specialised machinery and skills involved. The site is published in Dutch for the Flemish market and carries the company's cookie policy, privacy policy and user terms.
