Werk En Bedrijf

Werk & Bedrijf BV is a Dutch staffing agency (uitzendbureau) based in Den Bosch at Afrikalaan 12 F, 5232 BD offering staffing, recruitment and payroll services. The company's five-star ambition is to deliver excellent service, driving the team to do everything possible for clients every day. Services include placing personnel, recruitment and selection, offering projects and work to freelancers (ZZP'ers), handling all aspects of payroll administration and helping job seekers navigate the labour market.

Werk & Bedrijf offers temporary staffing (uitzenden) for companies experiencing peak demand, those with absent permanent staff, or requiring additional people for projects. The company identifies qualified personnel with the right attitude and sends them to client companies following initial introduction meetings. This allows clients to meet new team members without employment risk and offers the option to provide permanent contracts after the minimum temporary staffing period at no cost. The company provides personnel leasing (payroll) as an alternative to directly hiring permanent staff, offering affordable and reliable salary constructions. When clients place employees on Werk & Bedrijf's payroll, the company assumes legal employment and takes responsibility for administrative and tax guidance, whilst clients select candidates and focus on business operations.

Werk & Bedrijf also offers recruitment and selection (werving & selectie) services, with the company conducting recruitment, conducting initial interviews and presenting a selection of suitable candidates to clients. Additionally, Werk & Bedrijf operates werkvoorbedrijven.nl, a platform for freelancers seeking suitable assignments and projects, with the company providing full administrative support.
