Wep Personalservice

WEP Personalservice is a German recruitment and staffing company that has operated since 2008, bringing 17 years of market experience to Personalvermittlung (personnel placement) and Arbeitnehmerüberlassung (temporary staffing) across North Rhine-Westphalia. The company is owner-managed and emphasises a personal, transparent and reliable approach, completing more than 500 placements and staffing assignments annually across its four NRW offices.

WEP operates two distinct service lines: WEP Professional, offering Personalvermittlung and consulting for direct placement of candidates in key mid-market positions with specialisation in finance, sales, procurement, legal, administration and technical management roles; and WEP Personalservice, providing flexible temporary staffing solutions. The company distinguishes itself through personalised recruitment - no mass placement, instead learning team dynamics before searching - transparent pricing and clear agreements, and reliable partnerships, many spanning over 15 years, backed by placement guarantees.

WEP's philosophy centres on three core principles: Persönlich (personal service without mass recruitment), Transparent (clear arrangements, honest assessment, transparent pricing), and Verlässlich (reliable placements and long-term partnerships). With four locations across NRW, WEP serves mid-market companies seeking secure, long-term staffing solutions. The company's emphasis on understanding client teams before recruitment and commitment to lasting partnerships distinguishes it from transactional recruitment models.
