Wemotive

WeMotive is the Dutch company behind Scales, a recruitment bureau for logistics, supply chain and production, and Zoomin-HR, its HR consultancy brand. Scales presents itself as the recruitment bureau for those three fields and says that a first working day feels familiar straight away, for candidate and client alike, because of its knowledge of the sector. The people who run it are former specialists in the work themselves, which is how they judge whether a new place will fit. WeMotive also runs pages for entrepreneurs who want to build their own business within the group, under the heading Ondernemen bij WeMotive.

The Scales practice splits into two audiences. Specialists, from planner to business analyst, are placed into roles where they contribute directly to the process. Managers and directors with experience of steering logistics, supply chain and production processes are placed into roles where the emphasis is on connecting and inspiring people, and on handling data and the logistics playing field well. Scales also supports zzp'ers, helping freelancers lift their careers in logistics, supply chain and production, and it publishes material on duurzaam werkgeverschap. Zoomin-HR works as a flexible HR department, offering a People and Culture roadmap, recruitment, training and DIWI, with consultants whose backgrounds are in arbeids- en organisatiepsychologie, HR and policy advice.

The company works from Bijsterhuizen 3133 in Wijchen and can be reached on 085 21 219 82 or at [email protected]. Its argument to clients is that the right match is not a contest but a driving force, and that experience in the field itself is what tells them what works. It says it takes the wishes of candidates and clients seriously, including after the match has been made, and it invites candidates to register through the site so it can help with the search.
