Welltech Partners

WellTech Partners is a human-first direct hire recruiting firm connecting the right people to the right teams. The company specialises in physical therapy and other healthcare professions, bringing clinician-led expertise to every placement decision. WellTech Partners recruits across therapy, nursing and physician roles, built for long-term fit rather than short-term fill, with a performance-based partnership model where clients only pay when they hire, with no retainers or upfront fees.

The firm's PT Advantage is powered by Chris McNerney, a practising Physical Therapist with a Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Utah and over a decade of hands-on clinical experience. McNerney is actively involved in recruiting and partnering with hiring facilities, bringing firsthand perspective that allows WellTech to better understand both what great candidates look like on paper and what success looks like in clinical practice. This clinician-led approach ensures recruitment specialists understand the technical needs of healthcare facilities and the day-to-day realities of clinical work.

WellTech Partners prioritises clinical, cultural and financial alignment - not just speed. The company offers clinicians direct access to hiring managers, transparent compensation guidance and real human support rather than algorithmic matching. For employers, WellTech delivers results through clinician-led recruiting that partners with clinical teams throughout the process. The firm's promise is radical transparency and medical-grade warmth, where clinicians find community and facilities find reliability in healthcare staffing built for long-term clinical excellence.
