Weisshelm

WEISSHELM GmbH is an Austrian company that recruits personnel for the Baugewerbe, the construction trade. It addresses managers in Hochbau and Tiefbau directly, naming the problems it says are everyday occurrences in the sector: empty promises from employers, salary grading below a person's true market value, a lack of appreciation and a lack of promotion prospects. Weisshelm sets out to help candidates leave those things behind and improve their professional situation by accompanying them through their next career step, into a position where they are paid fairly, agreements are kept on all sides, and they can concentrate on their own skills with a strong team behind them.

The company is specialised in the construction industry and says this is why it knows exactly what matters for its candidates to be happy at a new employer. It states who it can help best: qualified managers working as Bautechniker, Polier, Kalkulant, Bauleiter, and Team- or Bereichsleiter. Its offer to those candidates includes exclusive positions that are not publicly advertised, and only offers that represent a clear salary improvement above market value.

Weisshelm works from Strudlhofgasse 15/2 in the ninth district of Vienna. Through its network, candidates get direct contact with decision makers and short decision paths, and the company guarantees absolute discretion by sending only anonymous profiles, so the candidate decides who sees their data. A single expert for the construction trade looks after each candidate personally and remains their direct contact, reachable at any point in the process. The company states that its service is guaranteed free of charge for candidates, because it works on their behalf, and it invites first conversations through a contact form on its site.
