Wefindtalents

WeFindTalents is a German recruitment consultancy founded by Konstantin Rebstock, based in Düsseldorf. The company specialises in finding specialist and leadership talent through professional search, executive search, social media recruiting and job posting services. WeFindTalents operates on the principle that more than 50% of suitable candidates in the German, Austrian and Swiss regions are not actively seeking new roles but remain open to opportunities.

The company recognises that organisations face significant delays when hiring, with average time-to-fill extending to 87 days, often exceeding planned timelines by 30%. WeFindTalents addresses this through efficient recruiting processes combining personal engagement with network-based candidate sourcing. They identify passive candidates and engage them with suitable opportunities.

WeFindTalents emphasises flexibility, customer orientation and engagement when sourcing talented professionals. The company works as a matchmaker, connecting organisations with talent that drives growth and impact. Their service extends beyond simple recruitment to supporting organisations through the entire hiring and onboarding process, measured by success metrics rather than activity volume.
