Wecapt

Wecapt is a cabinet de recrutement based in Lyon and specialised in the Tech sector. It is run by Aymeric Legrix, whose stated mission is to give clients the best possible experience during their recruitment, and whose expertise covers Tech functions both at clients finaux and at éditeurs de logiciel. The company combines a solid understanding of Tech roles with current knowledge of internet sourcing techniques, and its objective is simply to help clients build quality teams. Two packaged solutions are offered: a Pack RPO on a monthly fee, for companies that want to delegate all or part of their recruitment over a period of a month or more, and a Pack Sourcing for clients who want to save time on identifying and selecting candidates for a post, whatever its location.

The practice is focused on Tech and IT roles, working with software publishers and with end user IT departments, and it addresses a recruitment market the company describes as complex because of the shortage of candidates. The site also mentions a Retraite activity that clients are invited to enquire about, and it publishes live job offers in an espace candidat.

Wecapt operates from Lyon and its clients cite strong knowledge of both the IT sector and the region. Published figures for 2023 record an average recruitment time of 41 days, an average of 9 days to present the first candidate, and 68 candidates approached on average per role. Client testimonials come from Michael Jailly, DSI of Autodistribution, Carole Talibart, Head of Talent Acquisition at Cegid, and Senda Bouchrara, Directrice Générale of Carl Berger Levrault, who point to fast, high quality hires at a coherent cost, support on critical roles, and follow through to the integration of new joiners.
