Weberwehrle Ch

Weber-Wehrle Personal- und Unternehmensberatung describes itself as a personal service provider for companies and for candidates. It supports everyone involved individually through the recruitment, selection and placement process, and it advises clients on business management questions as well. The company is run by Annemarie Weber Wehrle and Uwe Wehrle, who each have their own profile page on the site, and it publishes its current vacancies openly, including an SAP Consultant role. Its stated company philosophy is Qualität vor Quantität, quality before quantity, and it presents its consulting approach as the product of experience, professionalism, pragmatism and inner independence.

The consultancy side of the business covers betriebswirtschaftliche questions in four named areas: HR, CRM, IT and finance. Alongside recruitment and selection, the company is a partner of newplace ag and offers qualified services around Newplacement and Outplacement, which it pairs with professional advice and personal coaching for people in situations of reorientation and realignment. It also markets an exclusive career advisory service under the heading Exklusive Karriereberatung.

The company works from Switzerland and says clients benefit from its varied national and international HR and IT network. It sets out what it offers as a list of benefits rather than a sales pitch: the network, the individual advisory approach, the coaching in moments of change, and its own claim to be valuable to both sides of an assignment. Candidates can browse the current Stellenangebote directly on the site, and separate pages set out the Leistungsangebot for companies and the Leistungsangebot for candidates.
