Webbe International

Webbe International is a specialist executive search and headhunting business whose operations in Asia began in 1997 initially as a specialist financial markets and investment banking executive search firm. In the Asiamoney Poll of Polls for headhunters specialising in financial markets, for both sell and buyside positions, the company was ranked top 5 for the period from 2001 to 2013. In 2015, Webbe made the decision to broaden its search business to work predominantly on senior roles with international and regional law firms and to strengthen its business on legal and compliance roles for financial institutions. The company is an established business with offices in Hong Kong and Singapore, providing regional exposure that few competitors can match.

Webbe International employs a research-intensive and in-depth knowledge-based approach offering a unique proposition to the market. The company's philosophy is simple: genuine care about the work, placing not only people who can make a difference but ensuring the vast majority of placements remain with their employers for more than four years. The firm covers financial markets, legal and compliance sectors, and real estate. Webbe operates from Hong Kong at Unit 801, 8/F, Winsome House, 73 Wyndham Street, Central; Singapore at Suite 19, Level 21 Centennial Tower, 3 Temasek Avenue; Seoul at 3F, 201 Songpa-daero, Songpa-gu; and Shanghai at Room 5G, 5/F, Jiafa Mansion, 129 Datian Road, Jing'an District.

Webbe International's three principles are integrity, knowledge and ability to deliver. The company represents perpetually growing knowledge and evolution as an even stronger executive search firm.
