Weave Recruitment

Weave Recruitment is an Australian search and recruitment business based in Melbourne. It recruits across four sectors: investment management, technology, accounting and finance, and people and culture, which covers HR leadership and executive support.

In investment management, it says it has built a network across investment managers, private wealth and boutique investment firms. The company has five founders, who it says have proven success outside the transactional recruitment model, and it describes its approach as building long-term relationships with clients and candidates.

It works with employers looking to hire and with candidates looking for roles, and it offers candidates ongoing market insights and career advice. It says diversity and inclusion are at the core of its selection process.
