We Seeq

We Seeq is a Swedish firm offering executive search, recruitment, interim management and leadership and organisational development. It is based in Gothenburg and presents its recruitment and interim management work as covering western Sweden.

The company focuses on managers, leaders and other key positions. It works with boards, owners and management teams to define which leadership, abilities and potential fit an organisation's strategy, culture and future direction. It says it has built a network of managers and leaders and works closely with its candidates and clients.

We Seeq says it has experience of having built and led businesses itself. It also considers emotional intelligence (EQ) a key ability for leaders and integrates it into its work, alongside attention to drivers, potential and learning.
