We Look Up

We look UP is a French collective of senior independent recruiters and fractional C-level consultants dedicated to helping impact-positive companies (enterprises à impact positif) access the best talent and strategic expertise. The platform gathers the best recruiters and fractional C-level independents, each with recognised expertise and at least seven years of experience in their sector, to enable impact-driven organisations to build high-performing teams. We look UP has recruited over 120 talents with an average recruitment time of 32 days and maintains 98% client satisfaction, having accompanied more than 50 impact-positive companies whilst engaging over 10 expert recruiters and over 100 fractional C-level consultants.

The collective recognises that impact-positive companies deserve the best talent and that a poor recruitment decision can cost up to 150,000 euros. We look UP helps companies find ideal candidates through a unique experience, understanding that impact-positive companies cannot succeed without talent deeply aligned with their vision and culture. The company provides both recruitment services to source aligned candidates and fractional C-level consulting to define and implement optimal strategy. Testimonials from clients including Green Got, Yuka, Mediflash and others highlight exceptional communication, reactivity, and alignment of candidates with company DNA and mission-driven values.

We look UP is informed by research showing that 59% of 18-35 year-olds seek work with meaning and want to join impact projects, and that impact-positive companies experience significantly lower first-year employment termination rates (14% versus 40% across the broader market). However, 52% of impact-positive companies struggle to attract top talent, creating the need for We look UP's specialised approach.
