We Connect Pro

We Connect Pro BV is a Dutch personnel company whose stated aim is to connect the right candidates with the needs of companies. It works for employers looking for good staff and for people looking for work, and it says its network will always produce a good match. The company works a great deal with skilled trades from Central and Eastern Europe, and it makes a point of removing the language barrier so that assignments run smoothly. It promises the extra step: extra time spent on the personnel, extra service for both employees and clients, and the assurance that nobody is treated as a number. Because of its large network and many partnerships, it says it can fill a request quickly.

We Connect Pro is mainly active in two branches, bouw and metaaltechniek, and it points jobseekers in those trades to its vacancies page. On the compliance side it states that its backoffice is fully NEN certified, so its certifications are in order. It also works with the A1-regeling and explains the effects openly: working with craftsmen from Central and Eastern Europe increases the availability of good staff, and differences in social security contributions between EU countries can create differences in labour costs, which it presents as an advantage for the employer and, when the scheme is used correctly, for the employee as well. A further consequence it notes is that the WAB, the Wet Arbeidsmarkt in Balans, does not apply, which allows more flexible contracts.

The company is based at Langestraat 42 in Huissen, and it lists a mobile number, a landline and an email address for contact, along with an online registration route for jobseekers. Its site sets out separate paths for werkzoekenden and for employers, plus pages for registrations and vacancies. Clients and candidates are told they will get the support the founders would have wanted themselves, delivered personally rather than at arm's length. Contact runs through [email protected] or 024 203 4086.
