We Bouwen

We Bouwen is a recruitment and staffing business that brings employees and employers in the construction sector together. It is based in Nijmegen and recruits for work across the Netherlands. It serves employers looking for construction staff, as well as temporary agency workers and self-employed freelancers (ZZP'ers) looking for work in the trade.

It recruits for building trades such as bricklayers, tilers, roofers and carpenters, and also for welders, groundworkers, electricians and plumbers. For the workers it places, it arranges housing, transport to the workplace, health insurance and new protective work clothing. Its recruiters speak Polish, English, German, Lithuanian, Romanian and Dutch, and each worker has a personal contact person.
