Way Consulting

Way Consulting is a German recruitment and HR strategy firm founded and led by Justyna Nimmich, a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant who has been guiding companies in recruiting and strategic HR consulting since 2010 with a focus on sustainable solutions and genuine connections. Based in Berlin at St. Wolfgang Strasse 2, the company specialises in supporting companies around real estate, including architecture offices, asset management companies, suppliers, care companies and property management firms. Way Consulting finds skilled professionals including technical property managers, accountants, asset managers, civil engineers, architects and sales professionals needed across Berlin and throughout Germany.

The company offers three core services: recruiting excellence through customised headhunting that matches candidates both professionally and culturally to client needs; strategic HR consulting to develop sustainable structures and processes supporting company objectives including digitisation, succession planning and process optimisation; and interim staffing solutions that provide pragmatic and targeted support when processes require acceleration. Way Consulting also operates the Female Business Lounge network organising women-specific and general events, and produces podcasts including 'Your Way - wie Jobs zur Berufung werden' and 'Businesszyklen - wenn Mut anklopft'.

The firm emphasises diversity, respect and anti-discrimination as lived values. Clients have described Nimmich as a 'pearl diver' and compare her work to magic, noting that she makes her name 'make sense' through delivering true partnership.
