Wave Recruit

Wave Recruit is a women-owned, boutique talent solutions firm headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina. It recruits for IT, marketing, creative and administrative roles, and says it has over 15 years of expertise in these areas.

The firm says it was founded by a team of friends with over a decade of industry experience and thousands of successful placements across multiple sectors. Mary-Lou Knox is its founder and chief executive officer. In marketing it fills roles such as marketing director, marketing manager and social media manager. In IT it covers software development, IT operations and cybersecurity, and in creative work UI/UX, graphic and web design. Administrative roles include executive assistant, office manager and receptionist.

Wave Recruit works with both employers and job seekers. Its services are job matching, employer consultation and recruitment strategy, and it uses tools and algorithms to match candidates to roles. Clients define their requirements, are connected with an industry-specific hiring partner, review a shortlist of candidates, then interview and hire.
