About the Agency
Watsham Consulting is a recruitment business that recruits into the property, construction and engineering industries. It offers a consultative recruitment service tailored to each business and its requirements, and works with both individuals looking for work and organisations seeking to hire. It says it has almost a decade of recruitment experience.
Natalie Watsham founded the company in July 2018. Her career began at a FTSE 250 recruitment agency in the City of London, and she has been recruiting finance professionals since 2011. The company says it came into existence as a result of positive referrals, which it says continue to drive its growth.
Watsham Consulting says it partners only with candidates and organisations willing to work collaboratively with a specialist recruitment partner, and that it keeps its portfolio small and specific. Its head office is in Reading, Berkshire.
