About the Agency
Watershed Consulting is a recruitment and HR consulting business serving employers across South Africa. It says it has delivered recruitment and talent acquisition services for 25 years, and it has since added executive search, HR consulting and workplace wellness programmes. Its recruitment work covers permanent and contract staffing as well as executive search.
It recruits across four groupings of sectors: financial infrastructure, including fintech, accounting and finance, and banking and financial services; industrial and technical roles in manufacturing, engineering, mining and automotive; professional services such as IT, sales and legal; and consumer sectors including retail, healthcare and hospitality.
The company reports a Level 2 B-BBEE status. Its founding director, Carole Craggs, established CareerBuild, a non-profit organisation that teaches young people job readiness skills.
