Warriors Solutions Group

Warriors Solutions Group is a workforce and solutions company supporting federal agencies, defense organizations and government contractors. It began in 1999 with three people from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and operates as Warriors Solutions Group, LLC, which it describes as a small business. It states strategic locations in DC, Ohio, Florida and Pennsylvania and nationwide reach, and it has an office in Ashburn, Virginia.

Its recruiting centres on cleared professionals in technical, engineering, program, financial and operational roles, and it says it has experience supporting programs from Secret through TS/SCI CI Poly. Services include contract-to-hire and direct hire placement, executive search, hourly recruiting and RPO, surge recruiting, and key personnel recruitment and incumbent capture for contractors preparing bids. In 2009 it developed its own training program, Warriors U, instead of hiring experienced recruiters.

It also delivers technical and professional services, including enterprise network engineering, program management and EHR Modernization, finance and budget analysis, and service desk and field operations.
