Wanted Group

Wanted Group is a Finnish recruitment partner that presents itself as the link between client companies and potential employees, and it says it knows where the best people in each industry are to be found. It was founded in 2024 and describes itself as a fast growing, full service henkilöstötalo that works with new methods. The organisation is made up of Wanted Public Sector and Wanted HR-Palvelut, with Wanted Interim and the Wanted Media+ service alongside them. Its suorahaku work runs from senior management searches through to demanding specialist roles and everything in between. Some assignments are handled as silent searches rather than advertised, and candidates who do not find a suitable role can leave their details through an open application.

The company divides its suorahaku practice between the private sector and the public and third sectors, and it states that Wanted Public Sector is the first company in Finland to specialise purely in public administration and third sector recruitment. Wanted HR-palvelut covers a broad HR service line centred on interim, outplacement under the heading muutosturva, HR consulting and valmennukset, including a CEO certificate. The group also runs standing talent pools: the W1 CEO pool, a board pool and a pool of taloushallinto professionals. Wanted Media+ sits alongside the search services as its media offering.

Wanted Group operates across the whole of Finland and says its people are positioned around the country so that every region is covered. It states that more than 30 headhunters work in the group, with broad industry knowledge, experience of different sectors and roles, and wide networks, which it presents as the way it guarantees the quality of its services. It also stresses its understanding of the operating environments its clients work in. Live assignments are published on the Avoimet työpaikat page, and the site is available in Finnish, English and Swedish.
