Walterfachkraft Pl

Walter-Fach-Kraft Personal GmbH is a German employer that specialises in employing specialists in Germany, Austria and Poland, and its Polish site covers usługi kadrowe, wynajem pracowników and pośrednictwo pracy. The services it names are praca tymczasowa, temporary work, and leasing pracowniczy, employee leasing. The company says it has been recruiting for 25 years and is still run by its founders, and it sets out a simple three step route for candidates: call the helpline, have a professional profile built, then be matched and supported both during recruitment and after being taken on.

The company moves across many industries, from production through to rare specialist trades, and publishes its current job advertisements on the site. It is set up for flexible staffing concepts, taking over all or part of a client's application process, filling gaps caused by seasonal conditions, order peaks or sickness absence, and supplying temporary personnel for short and medium term projects. Clients pay only after a successful recruitment, and a temporary contract can be converted into direct employment. Because the network of branches is extensive, the company says it knows the HR managers of its partner companies personally.

Everything began in 1997 with a two person office in a basement. The company now has 30 branches across Germany, Austria and Poland, which it says gives it flexibility and a fast response time, and it employs more than 1,500 workers through them. It holds SCP and ISO 9001 certification and is a member of the Interessenverband Deutscher Zeitarbeitsunternehmen, iGZ. Candidates are offered pay in line with iGZ terms, all statutory social benefits, a company pension programme, protection against dismissal, health, accident, pension, unemployment and long term care insurance, established regional client companies and full support from a coordinator on official and professional matters. Its Polish branch is in Wrocław, where meetings can be arranged, and the team is available every day from 8:00 to 17:00.
