Walker Cole International is a search business serving the pharmaceutical, life science and consumer healthcare industries. It was founded in 2020 and works with investor-backed and established organisations. Its sectors include pharmaceuticals, cell and gene therapy, medical devices, in-vitro diagnostics, contract manufacturing and research organisations, and consumer healthcare. It recruits across functions such as research and development, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, clinical research and supply chain.

The firm has four service lines: executive search for senior leaders such as CEOs, COOs and site leaders; talent solutions for permanent hiring and project or RPO work; consult, which provides interim leaders and specialist support; and embedded solutions, where it works alongside a client's leaders on scale-up hiring.

Walker Cole has offices in London and Boston, and a European location in Düsseldorf, Germany. It reports successful searches and placements in 23 countries. Its founding directors include Christopher Sowden and Gary Eldridge.
