Walb Partners

WALB Partners is a cabinet de chasseurs de tête based in Paris that works on the strategic recruitment of dirigeants and managers on CDI as well as on Management de Transition, with coverage in France and internationally. Its positioning is la chasse de têtes autrement, a new generation of headhunting aimed at accelerating a client's transformation, growth or project. The offer runs across three solutions: Stratégie, which supports the definition of the recruitment strategy and the selection process, Executive Search delivered as an acquisition engagée with weekly analysis and sharing of key market data, and Intégration, which follows the candidate from the signature of the contract through to onboarding. The cabinet reports a 98% success rate on the mandates and missions entrusted to it.

WALB Partners works with Conseil, Technologie, Service B2B and Finance clients, and its published cases extend into Transport, Assurance, Énergie, Data and HR. Those cases include a Chief Technology Officer for the hypergrowth scale-up Sendinblue, the reinforcement of the partner college at management consultancy Talan Consulting over 18 months, a Chief of Human Resources and a Chief Financial Officer for the car maker Hopium during its stock market flotation, and a Directeur des Ressources Humaines for Capgemini, the CAC40 ESN. Typical contexts are the development of new markets, transformation plans, fundraising and hypergrowth, restructuring, succession planning and mergers and acquisitions.

The cabinet operates from 68 rue Jouffroy d'Abbans in the 75017 district of Paris. Its argument for contextualised recruitment is quantified: a failed hire can generate up to 8 months of delay on a project and cost up to a year of salary. Magazine Décideurs has ranked WALB Partners among the best headhunting firms for Top Management in France, in the Top Management Généraliste, Conseil et Service B2B, and Tech et Digital categories.
