W&S GreatPeople

W&S GreatPeople is a Dutch recruitment agency operating from locations in Dedemsvaart and Schoonhoven. The firm positions recruitment as people-work ('mensenwerk'), believing that durable matches emerge when a professional genuinely fits with an organisation. The company emphasises that when a candidate has the knowledge and skill but lacks good organisational fit, a sustainable working relationship often fails to develop. W&S GreatPeople offers recruitment and selection (Werving en selectie), interim professionals, and executive search services.

The firm has earned endorsements from industry partners. SIG Benelux, one of the company's clients, values W&S GreatPeople as a professional recruitment and selection partner that shares core values and understands the SIG culture. SIG Benelux credits the firm with the ability to identify candidates who genuinely fit the company's culture and can contribute to ambitious growth plans across the Benelux region. This client relationship demonstrates W&S GreatPeople's sector expertise and cultural alignment approach.

W&S GreatPeople operates from two Dutch locations and emphasises the importance of matching the right person to the right organisation. The firm positions itself as a professional partner that understands both employer cultures and candidate capabilities to create lasting professional relationships.
