W&F Joachim Fehr HR

W&F HR-Consulting is a German Personalberatung that brings qualified Fach- und Führungskräfte together with regional top companies. Its slogan is die Personalberater aus der Region, für die Region, and it describes itself as persönlich, regional and verlässlich, accompanying both applicants and companies auf Augenhöhe, in a targeted and discreet way and with a feel for people and possibilities. The site is arranged into Über uns, Für Bewerber, Für Unternehmen, Stellenangebote and Kontakt, and the company offers Vor Ort Beratung at its own base.

The company presents itself as a Branchenspezialist and names its fields directly: Automatisierung, CNC-Technik, Maschinenbau, Stanz-Technik and IT. On the candidate side it positions itself as die Karriere Macher, the people who open the right door for the next career step, with professional applicant advice, and it publishes current Stellenangebote for the roles it is working on.

The heart of the business beats for the south of Germany, as the company puts it: it is well connected in the region from Tübingen down to Lake Constance and says it is out working there every day. Its own promise to clients and candidates is wir lassen Sie nicht hängen, we will not leave you hanging, backed by Kompetenz und Leidenschaft. The office is at Flözlingerstr. 49, 78658 Zimmern o.R. and the telephone number is 0741 174266-40.
