VSTech GmbH is an Austrian recruiting partner specialised in engineering people, and it has been speaking the language of both its candidates and its clients since 2007. Von Engineer zu Engineer is how it puts the approach: personal, human and competent. It is a Familienbetrieb that thinks and acts for the long term, is regionally anchored and takes responsibility, with short paths, fast decisions and what it calls Handschlagqualität. Its goal is to place technicians precisely into successful assignments with its clients.

The open positions are grouped into Automatisierungstechnik, Elektrotechnik, Gebäude- und Bautechnik, Maschinen- und Anlagenbau, Mechatronik and Software Engineering. Roles advertised include Elektronik and Hardwareplanung, Projektleiter Hardware Lead Engineering, Elektroplaner für Industrieprojekte, SPS Software Entwickler, Projektierung Elektrotechnik and Automatisierung, Mess- und Regeltechnik, HKLS Techniker, a full stack Software Engineer, Konstruktion in Maschinen- oder Anlagenbau, Elektro-, Anlagen- und Antriebstechnik, Elektrotechnikplanung Gebäudetechnik, Projektmanager Automation and Mechatronik. The company says it is constantly looking for good, passionate technicians.

VSTech states plainly that there are no copy and paste vacancies with it. It first talks personally with a technician about their specialist interests, then narrows down possible fields of assignment and industries, and builds a detailed Projektlebenslauf that it sends to handpicked decision makers in industry. Salary depends on experience and current conditions, and all employees it places on Überlassung receive the same benefits as the client's own permanent staff, including Gleitzeit, home office, bonuses and other social benefits. Its long experience gives candidates access to offers that are never advertised on the public job market, and speculative applications by e-mail are welcome. The company is at Gewerbeallee 13a, 4221 Steyregg in Austria, on +43 676 540 35 88 and [email protected].
