Von Caprivi Fachpersonal

Von Caprivi GmbH Fachpersonal is a personnel services company founded in 2005 that specialises in staffing the crafts (Handwerk) and healthcare sectors. The firm operates from two locations in Germany: Stuttgart and Frankfurt. More than 50 employees work at these offices to create matches between employers and qualified personnel. Over its 18-year history, the company has developed deep industry knowledge and is known for its philosophy of success with heart.

The company offers flexible personnel solutions across four models: temporary staffing (Arbeitnehmerueberlassung), permanent placement (Personalvermittlung), permanent takeover (Personaluebernahme), and executive search. Within healthcare, Von Caprivi recruits examined nurses, elderly care nurses, and operating room technicians. Within crafts, the company fills roles across the trade sector. The firm also cooperates with disability workshops, reflecting a commitment to social responsibility.

Von Caprivi positions itself as an attractive employer for its own staff, offering flexible work arrangements (part-time, full-time, block work), above-tariff pay, and comprehensive employee support. The company holds the CrefoZert credit certification from Creditreform, which it renewed in 2019, demonstrating reliable business conduct and a positive credit outlook.
