Von Brauchitsch & Storck Executive Search

Von Brauchitsch Storck Executive Search is an independent executive search boutique with headquarters in Munich, operating since 1998. The firm provides high-quality consulting to clients across the mid-market and international large-cap sectors. The company's approach is based on long-term relationships with clients and candidates, aiming to deliver lasting partnerships rather than transactional placements.

The firm specialises in recruiting for six key sectors: Automotive (particularly roles in electromobility, battery technology, and autonomous driving), Finance and M&A (including private equity), Consulting (digital transformation expertise), Energy and Environment (renewable energy specialists), Consumer and Life Sciences, and IT and Industry 4.0. Across these sectors, the company places executives, successors, and technical specialists who understand complex, innovation-driven industries.

With headquarters at Ludwigstrasse 8 in Munich and more than 300 successful mandates completed, Von Brauchitsch Storck positions itself as a trusted partner rather than a traditional recruiting service. The firm emphasises discretion, industry knowledge built over decades, and a commitment to delivering senior talent that meets clients' expectations.
