VON BONIN GmbH is a German Personalberatung that worked from 1978 to 2025. It called itself a consulting boutique for ganzheitliche Personalberatung, complete personnel consultancy. Its website now carries a farewell after almost 50 years: having passed more than 45 years in the business, the founders are ending the work for reasons of age, with extraordinary thanks to every business partner and candidate for their trust and their long connection.

The core competence the company describes was bringing two interests together in the best possible way. Businesses need better employees than their competition, and top people are looking for future oriented employers. VON BONIN worked with established methods in executive search and management coaching, and says it created added value through sustainable solutions. Even in turbulent times it remained in permanent, partnership based dialogue with managers and with companies.
