Vlotte Babbels

Vlotte Babbels calls itself hét bemiddelingsbureau voor uitgesproken commercieel talent, the agency for outspoken commercial talent. Its own copy asks whether this is yet another recruitment clubje, then answers that it is one with focus: on the best vacancies in sales and marketing and on an active network of candidates with a proven track record. Candidates are selected on substance rather than talk, and the company sums that up as what you see is what you get. Even in a tight labour market it says it gets a commercial high performer to the table quickly.

The specialism is sales and marketing throughout. The company is a proud intermediary for accountmanagers, marketing staff, commerciële binnendienst, relatiemanagers, sales managers, commercieel directeuren, product managers, online marketeers, key accountmanagers, e-commerce managers and business development managers, from a young binnendienstmedewerker to a seasoned sales manager or a creative marketing director. Vacancies published on the site include a balieverkoper in Hoorn for a growing organisation in the timber and building world, a vrachtwagenchauffeur in Aalsmeer for a client in wonen, sanitair, ijzerwaren, keukens en afbouw, and an account manager in Rotterdam.

The recruitment partners at Vlotte Babbels are themselves experienced commercial professionals, so they know what it takes to succeed in a commercial role. The business is organised as a coöperatie: experienced sales people with a track record who want to move into entrepreneurship within recruitment can join as partners, work fully facilitated and decide themselves how and when they work, with the business as their only focus. The values the company puts forward are commercial talent, the best candidates, speed with care, 100 per cent focus and transparency.
