Vizir

VIZIR is a Belgian recruitment agency specialising in sourcing and placing technical and construction experts. The company focuses exclusively on Limburg and surrounding areas, serving employers across construction, industrial, and technical installation sectors. VIZIR specialises in recruiting engineers, architects, calculators, project leaders, production managers, site managers, planners, and skilled workers across construction, industrial engineering and technical installation sectors.

Founded by Jonathan Hulsbosch, VIZIR combines a personal, flexible and no-nonsense approach with thorough recruitment processes. The company's name reflects its philosophy: vision, vizier (focusing precision), and the abbreviation IR (engineer in Dutch), collectively capturing the goal of directing attention exclusively toward motivated technical and construction experts and employers seeking such talent. VIZIR positions itself as focused on future potential, emphasising that recruitment extends beyond matching qualifications to understanding career aspirations and business requirements.

The company offers recruitment and selection services and project sourcing across construction (general and specialised construction firms seeking calculators, site managers, draftspeople, project preparers and project managers), industry (KMOs to multinationals seeking automation engineers, production managers, robotics specialists and process engineers), and technical installation (alarm systems, HVAC, electrical specialists). VIZIR serves employers across Limburg and the surrounding region.
