Vivente Corporate

Vivente Corporate Search is a boutique executive search firm headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area, specialising in the biopharma and life sciences sectors. The firm focuses on the needs of small to medium-sized companies, both public and private, operating in life sciences. Vivente Corporate Search (formerly Corporate Search) has partnered with clients and candidates across North America since 1984, operating as a dedicated specialist in life sciences recruitment.

The company recently rebranded from Corporate Search to Vivente Corporate Search to better reflect its focus on life sciences and the vibrant energy it brings to client relationships and work. Vivente, meaning living organism, reflects the firm's belief that executive search done right is a living, breathing, evolving effort requiring care, feeding, collaboration and strong partnership between recruiter and client. The firm assists clients across a wide array of functional areas within life sciences, from C-suite through VP-level to other critical roles, bringing over 30 years of successful search and recruitment history in the sector.

Vivente Corporate Search emphasises an authentic approach grounded in old school partnership, relationships, and service, positioning itself as an exceptionally committed partner in the executive search industry. The firm's clients perform life-altering work in biopharmaceuticals and life sciences, and critical to their success is identifying and hiring the right talent quickly.
