Vision For Education is an education recruitment agency, created in 2008, that supplies teachers, support staff and leadership staff for temporary and permanent positions. It works with primary, secondary and SEND schools, academies, multi-academy trusts, colleges and other alternative provision, and has branches across the UK. It has merged with ABC Teachers and is part of the Edwin group, whose brands include Axcis, Edwin People and Commando Joe's.

Its services for schools include supply cover, permanent recruitment, executive search, tuition services and managed service partnerships. The tuition service offers one-to-one and small group sessions, face-to-face or online, for young people who cannot access mainstream education or need targeted intervention. The company reports 24 branches across the group, 10,000 registered teachers and support staff, 6,800 client schools, colleges and trusts, and 473 school preferred supplier agreements.
