Visio360 Immigration

Visio360 Immigration is a Quebec-based SME specialising in international recruitment and immigration services for Canadian employers facing labour shortages. The firm provides end-to-end services from international candidate identification and selection through visa applications, work permit administration and full immigration process management to onboarding and integration support for foreign workers arriving in Canada. The company serves employers by simplifying international talent acquisition whilst assisting immigration candidates in assessing their professional and family circumstances and developing tailored immigration strategies.

The firm is led by founder and president Luc Rioux, who brings 25 years of human resources experience including ten years in senior management roles, during which he developed specialisation in international immigration procedures. Project manager Louise Lefèbvre contributes over 30 years of HR advisory experience in the manufacturing sector, whilst project coordinator Isabelle Bergeron provides rigour and coordination expertise from a background in federal public sector roles. The company emphasises personal service delivery and single-point-of-contact support for both employers and immigration candidates.

Visio360 Immigration positions international recruitment as a strategic lever for business growth and innovation, arguing that accessing global talent pools enables organisations to respond to labour shortages whilst accessing specialised or experienced candidates supporting long-term sustainability. The firm adapts its service delivery to account for the specific constraints and resources of small and medium-sized enterprises in Quebec, offering flexible, customised solutions rather than standardised processes.
