Visere

Visere is a Norwegian recruitment agency that works with recruitment and executive search for leaders and specialists. It helps businesses across Norway fill key roles, from top executives and middle managers to subject specialists.

As headhunters, its consultants approach candidates who are not necessarily looking for a new job but are right for the role. The company says it combines industry insight, networks and a structured method, and uses digital tools and social media in the process. It also says it is certified in DVN-approved tools such as OPQ and Cut-e. One of its partners works with board and leader selection in the private and public sectors.

Visere has offices in Bergen, Stavanger (at an address in Sandnes), Førde and Oslo, with its main offices at TWR in Bergen. Its team of partners and headhunters includes Bjørn Alsterberg, who is CEO, and Daniel Dvergsdal, who covers Sogn og Fjordane.
