Virtual Employees Resourcing, also called VER, is an outsourced staffing business with its head office in London. It was founded in 2017 and places full-time dedicated remote employees with client companies, particularly small and medium-sized enterprises. The staff work exclusively for the client from an offshore location, and its home-based option draws on talent anywhere in the Philippines.

It recruits for roles in customer care and call centre support, finance and accounting, operations and administration, digital marketing and sales, information technology, HR, engineering and architecture, and professional services. It also offers employment screening, bid specialists and LinkedIn lead generation. Clients can choose home-based, hybrid or office-based working models for their remote staff. In its hiring process it shortlists five to ten candidates, interviews them and passes the shortlist to the client, who makes the choice.

The company says more than 300 employees work for various companies through it, and that its management team has more than 35 years of cumulative experience. It reports that US clients make up 68% of its portfolio.
