Virago Recruitment

Virago Recruitment is a staffing partner in Pretoria, South Africa, with over a decade of experience in the recruitment industry and a team of experienced recruitment specialists. It is recognised, in its own words, for connecting high calibre talent with the right career opportunities, and it says recruitment is about people rather than just placements. The site carries current vacancies, a Meet the Founder page, a blog and a services section, and candidates can attach a CV directly to the contact form.

The team has in-depth expertise in accounting and finance recruitment in Pretoria, and in law recruitment across South Africa, along with a strong understanding of the distinct challenges faced by employers and candidates alike. Three services are published. Executive search, which the company says extends beyond boundaries to clients in any industry, supported by a technology driven organisation. Permanent placement, an end to end service to identify, attract and secure top talent for full time roles across industries and organisational levels, aligning skills, experience and cultural fit. And tailored recruitment process outsourcing, which lets organisations streamline and optimise their hiring throughout Pretoria and beyond.

The company works from Pretoria and recruits across South Africa. Its personalised approach is meant to give every client dedicated attention and match every candidate to opportunities where they can thrive, and it takes time to understand a client's goals, culture and long term vision. The reasons it gives for choosing it are recruitment tailored to the business, a focus on long term placements rather than quick fixes, an in-depth understanding of both client and candidate expectations, dedicated support through the entire process and a commitment to lasting relationships based on trust.
