VIQU Energy is a recruitment agency specialising in the energy and utilities sectors. It recruits for renewable energy, covering solar, hydropower, onshore and offshore wind, battery and energy storage, hydrogen, e-mobility and sustainability, and for utilities, covering power, water and oil and gas. It places permanent and contract energy talent, and its case studies include headhunting for hard-to-fill roles.

The business is based in Birmingham, in an Edgbaston office shared with its sister company VIQU IT, and works with companies of all sizes across the UK. It began in Birmingham city centre as Consult Solutions, became Consult Energy UK in 2017, was acquired by the VIQU Group in 2024 and took the VIQU Energy name in 2025. It is led by Director Joseph Hewitt and Managing Director Matt Collingwood, and describes itself as a small team of experienced recruiters.
