Vinova

Vinova is an energy and renewables recruitment business serving Australia and New Zealand. It is part of the Precision Sourcing recruitment group and was created in early 2024, after the Precision Sourcing leadership team recognised a need among its energy customers for a renewable energy recruitment partner.

Vinova covers the renewables and energy sector, across project development, engineering, delivery and operations. Its services include permanent and contract placements, executive search for senior and technical roles, and tailored project-based staffing. It also offers talent pooling for hard-to-fill or emerging positions, along with diversity and inclusion advisory.

The company says it uses technology and data to identify and engage dormant talent, and runs collaborative events that bring the renewable community together. It is based in Sydney.
