Vine Talent

Vine Talent is a UK-based recruitment firm that helps consumer brands at all stages hire top talent through a proven, systematic approach. The company's founder Josh works with consumer brands to identify, engage and hire outstanding leaders from aspirational brands. They serve brands seeking to secure top talent at all levels.

Vine Talent follows a structured recruitment process beginning with due diligence to understand the scope of the project and ensure proper setup, structure and process. They then conduct research and engagement to identify target companies and relevant candidates, leveraging their network for relevant market intelligence. Finally, they assess candidates across three areas: motivation, culture and functional expertise.

Vine Talent operates on multiple engagement models, from one-off senior hires to team rebuilds, with optional support of fractional executives if gaps have been identified but the direction is unclear. Their approach to hiring is described as consultative, methodical and exhaustive. The company is based in the UK and operates globally.
