Vietgermany

VietGermany, founded in 2021, is a German recruitment specialist supporting reliable placement of apprentices and skilled workers from Vietnam into German companies. Founded by David Mitchell, the firm operates with a network of over 25 partners throughout Vietnam, ensuring a stable candidate pipeline and managing the entire recruitment, visa and integration process from candidate pre-selection through documentation, visa processing and workplace integration. Since founding, VietGermany has successfully placed over 500 apprentices and more than 200 skilled workers.

The firm manages the complete placement journey across six structured steps: needs analysis and requirements definition; pre-selection of suitable candidates in Vietnam; interview and selection of matching candidates; preparation of contracts and required documentation; visa process coordination with authorities; and post-arrival support and integration through to apprenticeship completion or employment stability. VietGermany handles candidate research, structured pre-selection and presentation, recruiting and candidate scheduling, visa and documentation process coordination including translations and certification, as well as travel and accommodation arrangements. The founder actively participates in German business and professional networks to shape international placement practice as transparent, fair and practically grounded.

With clear timelines (typically one to three months from candidate selection to entry), dedicated client contact, regular status updates and consistent support through integration, VietGermany provides German employers with reliable recruitment solutions addressing labour shortages in skilled trades and apprenticeship roles. The firm emphasises quality assurance through candidate motivation and suitability assessment, ensuring only candidates matching job profiles and employer conditions reach the interview stage.
