Vietenplus

Vietenplus is a personnel consulting firm whose work centres on executive search. It describes itself as a network of freelance consultants that acts as a sparring partner for management and as an addition to a client's own HR department. Its head office is in Ahrensburg, near Hamburg.

It carries out systematic executive searches, either by a discreet direct approach or by a wider search supported by media. In the media-supported search it manages the process from placing the advertisement, through its own agency and under the vietenplus label, to selecting candidates and filling the position. Selection uses structured interviews and accredited testing, depending on the situation. It says its success rate is over 90 per cent.

The company says its consultants are proficient in all areas of operation and management levels, from construction engineers to purchasing directors, and each client is assigned the consultant with the most experience in its market segment. For personnel development, such as coaching, team clarification, performance assessments and outplacement, it works with partners in its Excellence in Human Resources network.
